“Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will"

Life is a journey - most times a roller coaster. Many ups and downs and we must deal with the highs and the lows of life in the same fashion.

Chin Up ! Solider On !

This global health crisis is fast becoming a financial crisis. It can be a stressful time for people especially for those less fortunate.

What you can do for others ?

  1. Be mindful of your words and its effect on people

  2. Give a genuine Smile - its free and effective

  3. Spend quality time with your loved ones and friends

  4. Inspire others with your positivity and actions

  5. Do simple acts that can make a difference to others

For you

Get your health in order - eat well, sleep well, exercise and hydrate

Get better organised - review everything that's coming up : what's essential, critical or may be nice to do. Use a Kanban (TO, Work in Progress, Done)

Read up on positivity - inspire yourself

Get your finances in order. Here's at least 3 things you can do about your money:

  1. Review your spending - for most people, their income is fixed week to week or pay to pay so the only thing you have to control is what you spend your money on.

  2. Set up a budget (if you don't have one)- managing your money tightly is not a bad thing and no ones cares except you - it's your money. Having a budget means you are more in control where your money is going in and out with real-time push notifications and detailed spending including merchant logos, location on maps and spend category.

  3. Cancel unwanted subscriptions - according to a REST Super study, Australians wasted $3.9 billion on unwanted subscriptions like Netflix, Spotify, and Stan.

Remember like most things managing your money is not a set and forget, it takes constant work but most times it is the simple things that make your money go further.
